I’m sure you wouldn’t want to go there without having to experience how cosplaying feels like, it would be the coolest and the most enjoyable thing that you can do at an anime convention.  For others who just want to attend the festival, It doesn’t matter if you don't come in your outfit, you can still enjoy the event by visiting the shops and dining in some restaurants at Japan Center East and West Malls or have your pictures taken with the cosplayers around the venue. If you love Halloween costume parties, I am sure you would appreciate cosplay and anime festivals more, as they entirely bring us to a whole new level. So what are you waiting for, give life to your favorite anime character and dazzle the people with your realistic cosplay costume. Swing by Japantown Peace Plaza, Japan Center 1610 Geary Blvd, San Francisco, CA on July 15 from 11am to 5pm and be part of the celebration of the love of anime. Admission is free. Tips

1.      Attendees must bring extra camera batteries in case battery would run out from taking too many pictures with the cosplayers.
2.      Attendees must be aware that cosplayers are human too, don't stress them or piss them off when asking for a photo opportunity.
3.      Cosplayers must always hydrate themselves. Standing for hours and giving chance for photo ops can be tiring too.
4.      Cosplayers must be at the event venue hours before the start of the cosplay to give you time to prepare and relax before the convention begins.
